Partnerships Manager
Part of A.S.O., A.S.O. UK is looking for a Partnerships Manager to lead in effective delivery for our partners, including brands, corporates and charities.

The Role
Reporting to Senior Partnerships Manager, we are looking for an ambitious individual with campaign delivery and account management experience. The role will be a instrumental member of the partnerships team, leading on their own accounts for both brands and charities, supporting on title partnership & other accounts alongside the Senior Partnerships Manager and being the Partnerships Lead on Event Projects, having an important role in the commercial performance of the business.
This is a mid-level role, suited to someone ready to take ownership of key partnerships and grow within a fast-paced commercial environment. We are looking for an individual with outstanding organisational skills, proactive approach to client servicing, with high-level ability in account administration & project management, who thrives on delivering impactful campaigns through digital platforms, community experiences and event day activations. The role will involve full-cycle account delivery: supporting new business team in pitch creation & sell-in, contract drafting & negotiation, onboarding, account delivery and renewal.
We work with a range of brands, charities and corporates, including adidas, PUMA, HOKA, Cancer Research UK, Alzheimer’s Society, JustGiving, Deliciously Ella, JLL and many others.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of day-to-day delivery of key partner accounts (charities and brands).
- To lead meetings with your partners to understand partner objectives (whether they be brand awareness, data capture, education or something else), build relationships and to develop suitable activations to meet these objectives.
- Support on lead accounts with senior members of partnership team, assisting on specific areas of the partnership and the account administration.
- To create & manage campaign plans & project plans for partner accounts, and be hands on in the top-to-bottom delivery of your accounts (e.g. from budget management to account administration such as meeting notes & agenda creation)
- To be responsible for renewals of your partners.
- To support in drafting of partner contracts.
- To deliver the operational activations of partnerships at the events and during the campaigns, including ideation and scoping, budget management, supplier management, co-ordinating with internal operations team, consolidation of logistical information for internal and external communication, and overseeing brand-roll out at events.
- To collate commercially relevant information for reporting to key commercial partners that considers the ROI for the sponsor from a reach and media value perspective.
- To attend ‘pitch’ meetings in conjunction with other members of the business to bring new sponsors into the business.
- To help increase ancillary revenue streams across the business via existing partnerships.
- To attend weekend events as a representative of the A.S.O. UK commercial team and to carry out relevant duties within that event.

Skills and Experience Required
Critical:
- Minimum 3 years account servicing experience in sponsorship, PR or marketing, preferably within sport sector.
- Experience of: campaign plan creation, onboarding, project management, review and renewal.
- Effective relationship management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing & CRM.
- Strong Microsoft Office competence particularly excel, outlook, powerpoint & word.
- Fluent in english
- High attention to detail.
- Good planning and organisation skills.
